Directions:
Before first use, add contents of one powder vial to Serum.  Shake well to completely dissolve.  Use within 10 days of compounding.  Apply once daily or as directed, after cleansing skin.  Apply 4-5 drops to a dry face, neck and chest.

Water, Dimethyl Isosorbide, Bisethoxydiglycol Cyclohexane, 1,4-Dicarboxylate, Tocophersolan, Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Esther Dimethyl Silane, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Aminomethyl Propanol, Allantoin, Ethylhexylglycerin and Disodium EDTA
