Directions: 

Apply a light coat to face and neck and allow it to activate for 10 to 15 minutes. Massage gently  for 30 seconds or less with warm water with emphasis on lymphatic areas of neck and décolleté  using draining techniques. Gently make circular movements to exfoliate dead skin cells, making  sure to avoid the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with water. For external use only. Avoid contact with  the eye area. Use as often as needed.
